In South Texas on the Rio Grande River, the company operates Sharyland Farm (Hunt Realty owned land) bordering Mission and McAllen, Texas and Reynosa, Mexico. The farm grows vegetables, citrus, hay, grain, and sugar cane. Hunt Realty Investments is developing the farm into a large master planned community, in conjunction with an adjacent Mexican landowner who owns acreage across the Rio Grande River/Rio Bravo River.
